Fee Updates, Water and Sewer Billing, and Leak Detection

Water and sewer rates, as well as, some other fees have been updated for 2025. 

BMMD uses American Conservation and Billing (AmCoBi) to handle all billing, title requests, and leak detection notifications. This upgrade will allow customers to set up and edit their accounts online, 24/7. 

Owners, please register your account through AquaHawk to view statements and make payments. 

Additionally, AmCoBi provides water monitoring services through this AquaHawk allowing customers to protect their homes by setting notifications for abnormal water usage. You can go to AquaHawk to register your home and set your personalized threshold for notifications.
