Summit County Stage 1 Fire Restrictions: Fire pits and campfires allowed with permits; no open fires, smoking, or fireworks.

Summit County fire restrictions: Stage 1 allows certain fires; prohibits smoking, fireworks, chainsaws, and explosives. Prepare for wildfires.

Summit County Sheriff issued Stage 1 Fire Restrictions prohibiting open fires, smoking outdoors, fireworks, explosives, and more.

Summit County will enforce Stage 1 fire restrictions starting June 19, 2026, due to high fire danger. Violations may lead to fines.
