As we near the end of the year, we hope you're doing well and enjoying a great holiday season.

To help us close out 2025 efficiently, please submit any outstanding invoices for this year as soon as possible. Receiving them promptly will ensure we can process everything for the year‑end.

We also want to share an update to our Accounts Payable process for the upcoming year. Beginning in 2026:

• The first Friday of each month will be the final day to submit invoices for that month’s payables cycle.
• Payments will be issued on the second Friday of each month.
• Invoices received after the monthly cutoff will be processed in the following month’s payables cycle.
