Notice of Budget

(Pursuant to 29-1-106, C.R.S.)

NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District for the ensuing year of 2027: a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District, where the same is open for public inspection; such proposed budget will be considered at regular meetings of the Board of Directors to be held at 106 Adams Ave Silverthorne, CO on  October 20th, and November 17th  at 5 PM with an option to attend via electronic Zoom meeting, https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82890865997, Phone: 1-720-707-2699, ID: 828 9086 5997.

Any interested elector of the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
